Your purchase of products from this site is governed by the terms and conditions set out below. We recommend you read them fully including our Privacy policy.
Definitions
- The Seller means The Woodshop (NE) Ltd
- The Buyer means the person or company who agrees to buy the goods from the Seller
- Conditions means the terms and conditions of sale as set out in this document
- Delivery Date means the date specified by the Seller when the goods are to be delivered
- Price means the price for the goods including delivery and VAT
- Goods means the products which the buyer agrees to buy from the seller
The Price and Payment
The prices for goods displayed for sale by the Seller on any advertising literature or web site are inclusive of V.A.T. Delivery will be charged in addition and any such additional charges are clearly displayed. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only in the United Kingdom.
The price shall be the price confirmed on the online order form or by confirmation email if you have ordered by phone.
The Seller cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including applicable delivery charges). Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by email which will be sent to the email address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive the email our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.
The Goods
The quantity and description of goods shall be as ordered online or by phone. A confirmation email will be sent confirming the buyers’ order specification details.
In the event of materials or products becoming unavailable, The Woodshop reserves the right to substitute those of a similar style, performance and/or equal/greater value.
We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves.
We reserve the right to alter and/or improve the style or design of the products displayed on this site at any time.
We strictly comply to the to The DTI Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged after delivery or if the item has been custom made for you. I.e. The company will at its own cost replace goods that are defective on delivery providing we are notified within 5 days of actual delivery or attempted delivery.
The Woodshop can only take responsibility for supplying goods which match the Buyer’s own measurements.
Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within 28 working days of receiving your order. (excluding Bank Holidays). Standard delivery is Monday to Friday inclusive, 08.00 to 17.00 hours. We will endeavour to give notice of intended delivery details, however we can not provide specific delivery days and/or times.
Guarantee
The goods are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of delivery for workmanship and materials only.
Returns and Refund Policy
The terms below offer extra rights in addition to your statutory rights which remain unaffected.
The Buyer has twenty four hours in which to examine the goods from the day they arrive.
Any damage must be reported back to us immediately, by telephone and then in writing. If your goods are incorrect*, faulty or damaged on delivery we will exchange the product or issue a full refund to you including delivery charges. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receipt of the returned order. The Buyer should get proof of carriage and ensure goods are adequately insured during any return journey. If the reason for the return is in anyway our fault we will reimburse the cost of return carriage.
*incorrect means produced to sizes other than supplied by the customer.
How to return items
Call the Woodshop on 01670 355141 during office hours to arrange for the collection of faulty goods.
Cancellation and “Change of Mind”
All of our radiator cabinets are made to measure using the Buyer’s measurements and are classed as personalised products and therefore are not refundable.

Your payment is processed directly by PayPal, we do not receive your credit card details and do not store such details.

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of personally identifiable customer information.
General
We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, or any other cause not within the reasonable control of The Woodshop (NE) Ltd.
Please ensure that you have received and checked your order in full before booking any fitters and contractors.
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force.
These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.
